WITHDRAWALS
1. Withdrawals must be made to the G&S PGA representative
running the tournament or a G&S PGA committee member.
2. Any withdrawals must be made in person by the competitor
who wishes to withdraw and not a third party.
3. Withdrawals can be made verbally (in person or by telephone)
or electronically (via e-mail or text).
LATE WITHDRAWALS
1. Any competitor who withdraws after mid-day on the day before
a tournament will be considered a late withdrawal.
2. Late withdrawals can only be made verbally and not via
text or e-mail.
3. Any competitor who makes a late withdrawal will be charged
a double entry fee at the next G&S PGA event he/she enters.
Exemption from this will only be made on production of a signed
medical certificate.
4. No Shows - Any competitor who does not turn up at an event
for which he/she has entered without any notice will be charged
a double entry fee at the next event entered and also deducted
10 OOM points.
5. Right of Appeal - Professionals in the G&S PGA have
the right to appeal against any decisions made against them
regarding any of the above rules. Appeals must be made in
writing and addressed to the G&S PGA committee.
